Service Description
Our individual rates (Tourist or Canarian Resident) are quoted strictly per person, on a single-spot basis. Should you wish to enjoy the experience as an exclusive Private Charter, please select the mandatory minimum of 4 spots on the corresponding calendar option to secure your date. -Booking Form Instructions: Upon proceeding to the next screen, please ensure you select 4 passengers in the numerical field and check the corresponding confirmation box (Are you booking this spot for Private Service?). -For group bookings (Shared): If you are joining a shared group or booking for companions, please select the exact number of participants and their respective residency status to apply the correct rate. -Deposits: In accordance with company regulations, a mandatory deposit of €50 is required per reserved spot. -Mandatory Notice: On the day of the charter, a valid physical ID (DNI or original Passport) must be presented at the pier to verify booking details and rates. Failure to do so will result in the difference being charged prior to departure. For your ultimate comfort, all necessary tackle and equipment are fully included on board.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Booking Policy - WINDWARD CATCH 1. Cancellations and Refunds: Free Cancellation: Cancellations with a full refund are permitted if made more than 48 hours before the start of the activity. Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the service, or failure to arrive at the dock on the day of the booking, will result in the loss of the online booking deposit (€50 per person). 2. Date Changes (Rescheduling): You can request a date change at no additional cost up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability. Any changes made less than 48 hours in advance will be considered a late cancellation. 3. Last-Minute Bookings and Waiting List: Online bookings are automatically blocked 2 days (48 hours) before departure. For last-minute bookings, please contact us via WhatsApp to join our Priority Waiting List. This allows us to manually manage available slots for residents and tourists. 4. Minimum Participants and Weather: If a shared outing does not reach the minimum group size required for the activity (minimum: 4 participants) or if weather conditions prevent navigation for maritime safety reasons as determined by the Captain, WINDWARD CATCH will offer the client: priority rebooking on another available date, access to our Waiting List, or a full refund of the online payment (booking deposit).
