We offer both experiences. Private charters provide an exclusive and personalized experience, while shared trips are an excellent choice for small groups.Remember that to book the boat exclusively (Private Charter) a minimum of 4 spots is required.

How Do I Secure My Charter Date?

To secure your place, a mandatory online deposit of €50 per person is required via our secure payment gateway on the website. Once the process is complete, you will receive an instant, automated confirmation email.

What Is the Cancellation Policy for Bad Weather?

Safety remains our absolute priority. If maritime conditions are unsuitable for safe navigation, we will provide either an alternative date or an immediate, full refund of your mandatory €50 service deposit.

What Happens if I Arrive Late to the Port?

To guarantee our departure schedule, the boat will set sail promptly at the scheduled time. We will await your arrival at the meeting point 30 minutes prior to departure, with boarding commencing 15 minutes before we set sail. Client delays do not entitle the client to a refund or an extension of the service duration.

Is the Remaining Payment Made on the Same Day?

Yes. The outstanding balance is due prior to boarding on the day of the charter using the available payment methods.

Can I Cancel or Amend My Booking?

Yes. You may cancel your booking or request a date change with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Our club members can manage their date amendments under this same 48-hour policy. Beyond this notice period, no refunds or changes will be issued, as your place on board is strictly reserved for other anglers
